We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product. If you need to exchange it for another product, send us an email at info@stuartpetsupply.com and we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and return to our fulfillment center for inspection. Please include your order ID,  and photos of any damages (if applicable).
